Animal Party

Went to a party just the other day
In a big red barn filled with hay
From the moment I arrived I knew right away
I was at the animal party

There were pigs and ducks all dressed in suits
And there in the corner was Mother Goose
Then a fox with some socks dancing with a moose
At the animal party
At the animal party

There was a little white pony, said his name was Tony, strummin on the old six string
Then a bearded billy goat said "Hey my name is Moe, would you like to hear me sing?"
"Yes we'd like to hear you sing!"

Well the barn grew crowded as my guests arrived
There were dancing sheep and a chorus line
And a donkey and a squirrel on the ole hand jive
At the animal party
At the animal party

There was a chicken named Smiley ticklin the Ivy singing about the good ole days
Then a dog named Ed said "Wait a minute friends, would you like to hear me sing?""Yes we'd like to hear you sing!"

Went to a party just the other day
In a big red barn filled with hay
From the moment I arrived I knew right away
I was at the animal party

There was a cow named Daisy dressed all up in paisley dancing with a cat named Will
Then a duck named Bill said "Wait a minute Will--would you like to hear me sing?"
"Yes we'd like to hear you sing!"

Then a voice cried out from the floor below
"It's a school day son, now it's time to go!"
But where did these feathers come from--thats what I want to know
From the animal party!
From the animal party!

Evan and the Magic Spoon

Evan had a magic spoon his mother gave to him
And when he ate his vegetables the spoon would start to sing
And broccoli got chocolateee and carrots were ice cream
And Evan was happy he would start to sing

CHORUS:

Spoon, spoon to the moon whats for lunch today
Anything you can imagine Evan that will be ok

Verse 2:

Evan had a magic spoon his heart was full of glee
Everything tasted wonderfully from soup to broccoli
He ate so well and grew up strong--well into his teens
And every meal that Evan ate he would always sing

Repeat Chorus

Bridge:

Then one day it happened the spoon had dissappeared--he searched the kitchen high and low, but it never re-appeared
instead of feeling sad and blue, he began to sing
For what he had imagined, is what he had achieved

Repeat Chorus
